The Pinterest scheduler built for networks, not a single brand.
Run every site and Pinterest account from one dashboard. New posts turn into drip campaigns on their own, and each account publishes within limits that keep it healthy.
Free plan, no card needed.
- Official Pinterest API
- OAuth only
- WordPress auto-pin
- Warm-up protection
- Per-account daily caps
- Rate-limit throttling
One dashboard for every account you run.
Most schedulers assume one brand with a couple of profiles. Zumboard is organised around the network: many sites, many accounts, one queue.
Multi-account dashboard
Today’s queue, published and failed pins, and the health of every account on one screen.
Board groups
Group related boards once, then target the group instead of picking boards pin by pin.
Drip campaigns across sites
Several designs times a board group, spaced over days or weeks. The same image never lands on the same board twice.
Publish the post. The pins follow.
Every step runs on its own and every step is visible: in the queue, on the calendar, and on each post in WordPress.
- WordPress pluginSends each post to Zumboard when you publish, with a per-post opt-out.
- Evergreen re-pinsBrings back published pins that earned saves, with a cooldown and weekly limit.
- Bulk CSV importLoad a spreadsheet of pins and schedule them in one pass.
- Chrome extensionSend the article you're reading straight to your queue.
- Public APIAPI keys for your own scripts and automation tools.
- Day 0 · 09:00You publish a post in WordPressThe Zumboard plugin notices. Opt a post out with one checkbox.
- 09:02The plugin sends the URLAfter a short delay, so caches serve the final page.
- 09:03Copy and designs are generatedTitle, description and featured image become pin copy variants and designs.
- Days 1–24A drip campaign fills your slotsSpread across a board group, into each account's posting slots.
- Day 60+Top performers are re-pinnedThe evergreen loop brings back pins that earned saves, on a cooldown you set.
Scale up without putting accounts at risk.
Posting volume is the easiest thing to automate and the easiest to get wrong. Zumboard sets limits you can see for every account.
Warm-up stages
New accounts ramp from 3 to 5, 8 and 12 pins a day over four weeks, then join your normal cap.
Daily caps per account and board
Anything over the limit moves to the same time tomorrow instead of piling up.
Automatic throttling
If Pinterest asks an account to slow down, that account pauses and retries while the rest keep publishing.
Official API, OAuth only
No passwords, no browser automation. Tokens are encrypted at rest and you can revoke access at any time.
Pins that look made by hand, with a person signing off.
AI pin copy and designs
Several title and description variants per post, rotated so boards don’t all get identical text. Designs are built from one photo and follow templates you upload.
Team approval workflow
Invite editors to a workspace. With approval on, what they create waits for an owner to approve, one at a time or all at once.
Made for the way networks actually work.

Questions, answered.
How many Pinterest accounts can I connect?
Free connects 1 account, Pro connects up to 10, and Agency up to 50. All of them appear on one network dashboard with their own health, caps and queue.
Is it safe for my Pinterest accounts?
Zumboard publishes only through the official Pinterest API after you authorise it with OAuth. It never asks for your password or automates a browser. New accounts can ramp up gradually, every account has a daily cap, and if Pinterest rate-limits an account it pauses and retries on its own.
How does the WordPress plugin work?
Install the plugin, paste an API key, and every post you publish is sent to Zumboard after a short delay. Zumboard reads the title, excerpt and featured image, writes pin copy, makes designs and schedules a drip campaign. You can opt out per post or pin a post manually.
What is account warm-up?
A new or quiet account starts at 3 pins a day, then 5, 8 and 12 over four weeks before moving to your normal daily cap. Stages advance automatically, and you can mark an established account to skip the ramp.
What does the AI actually do?
It drafts pin titles and descriptions (several variants, rotated so boards don't all get identical text) and creates pin designs from one photo, following design templates you upload. You can edit everything before it publishes, or route it through approval.
Can my team work in it without publishing by accident?
Yes. Invite editors to a workspace and turn on approval: pins they create wait for an owner, who can approve them one by one or all at once.
Do you have an API?
Yes. Create API keys in settings and schedule pins from your own tools, an automation platform, or the Chrome extension, which sends the page you're reading to your queue.
Is Zumboard affiliated with Pinterest?
No. Zumboard is an independent product that uses Pinterest's public API. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Pinterest.
